Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your SeaVees as much as we do, so we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Visit the Returns Portal
Head to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your request.
Select Your Items
Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason to generate your prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn shoes in their original box, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
